How long does DNS verification take?

It depends on your DNS provider and propagation timing. In many cases it is minutes, but it can take longer.

Can I use multiple login emails for one account?

No. The current identity model expects one canonical email per account.

What happens if my app is overdue?

Overdue enforcement pauses apps after one day overdue and deletes them after three days overdue if payment is still not settled.

Why is deploy or restart disabled while my app is paused?

Because paused apps are blocked from deploy, rebuild, and restart at the API layer.

What is the difference between rebuild and restart?

Rebuild re-runs the build or runtime preparation flow. Restart only restarts the existing runtime service without rebuilding from source.

Why can I not open terminal for my app?

Current terminal access is available only for Python apps after a successful deployment.

Why can I not read runtime logs?

Current runtime logs are available only for Python apps, and only when runtime logs are enabled in app settings.

Do add-ons still count if my base plan is inactive?

No. Add-ons are applied as extensions of an active base plan.
