Servbase ties account capacity and app runtime policy to your plan state.

What plans affect

Current plan and add-on logic can affect:
  • total app capacity
  • shared storage
  • SQL account and database limits
  • custom domain limits
  • app performance tier

Default free-tier behavior

When no active paid plan is present, the current platform defaults are configured as:
  • 1 included app
  • 50 MB shared storage
  • 1 SQL account per app
  • 1 database per SQL account
  • 25 MB database storage per database
  • 0 custom domains
  • HTML-only allowed app type by default
These defaults are platform-controlled and may be changed by Servbase administrators over time.

Performance tiers

Current runtime policy profiles: For PHP apps, Servbase applies PHP-FPM-oriented limits instead of the Python/Node cgroup-style profile.

Manual renewal model

Servbase currently uses manual renewal, not automatic renewal. That means:
  • you settle payment from Billing when needed
  • paying early extends from the current subscription end date
  • already-paid remaining time is preserved

Overdue enforcement

Current overdue lifecycle:
  • day 0: expiry / overdue grace begins
  • day 1 overdue: apps are paused and public serving is blocked
  • day 3 overdue: apps are deleted if billing is still unsettled

Add-ons

Add-ons extend an active base plan. If the base plan is not active, add-on capacity is not applied.

Customer-visible impact

When billing enforcement pauses an app:
  • deploy is blocked
  • rebuild is blocked
  • restart is blocked
This is enforced server-side, not only in the dashboard UI.
